Our green thumb goes beyond our fresh fruit and veggie procurement by ensuring green practices throughout our facility. We recycle 100% of the cardboard and paper used on the property to ensure less waste. Our transition into LED lighting throughout the facility will dramatically reduce our energy consumption. The pallet rotation system we have with supporting companies expands the life of a pallet until it is no longer able to be used, thus recycled.

The city of Fullerton also supports green practices by providing us with water “spickets,” which regulate the water flow to conserve overall water supply used on the property. Furthermore, all unused products are donated to local churches, food banks, or farms to be turned into fertilizer.

“We do our best to be proactive in sustainable practices to ensure a positive difference in the future of our environment.” – David Sapia, President
